The project involved utilizing consulting services, within which a thorough analysis of the current state of the company was conducted, and a business model based on the circular economy was developed. The study includes clear transformation goals aligned with the company's mission, vision, and long-term strategy. Areas requiring changes were identified, such as operational processes, technology, and organizational culture. A SWOT analysis was performed concerning the implementation of the circular economy model. A risk analysis including climate risks was conducted. A schedule of activities implementing the circular economy transformation model was also developed, indicating investments in fixed assets, intangible assets, legal rights, and software, along with their costs necessary for the implementation of the circular economy transformation. Indicators from the economic impact circular economy index for companies and indicators from the circular economy transformation index for companies were shown.

Increasing employment and territorial cohesion, covered by the Operational Program "Fisheries and Sea" titled "Enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise and increasing employment levels in the area of the LGR Wielkie Jeziora Mazurskie Association through infrastructure development"
The aim of the project is to expand the company's existing tourist offer with Wellness services and make them available to people from disadvantaged groups, which will allow the creation of 1 job position from the disadvantaged group.
As part of the project implementation, the Applicant will carry out activities resulting from the business model developed by the consulting company Export Group Sp. z o.o. between 13.03.2018 and 26.03.2018. During this time, representatives of both companies met to present the activities of Art Events (Dwa Jeziora) and demonstrate its services. The consulting company conducted in-depth interviews with the owner and staff, which later served to perform appropriate analyses and develop recommendations. While working on creating the business model, the consulting company analyzed and identified services – health and relaxation stays – which have great potential for internationalization. It also defined directions for export activities – the German market, which offers the best development prospects. The following tasks will be carried out as part of implementing the business model:
The aim of the project is to start the Applicant's international expansion by implementing activities from the internationalization business model. Among the specific objectives of the Applicant's project are expanding the geographical scope of the company’s expansion and acquiring new Clients from the German market. Project implementation is an important element of the company’s vision, related to shaping the position and recognition of the Dwa Jeziora brand in the international market. The project assumes achieving the indicators described in the application. Project implementation fits into the Applicant’s broader strategic development plan, which is the development of the health and relaxation complex and strengthening its position on the market. Revenues obtained through the internationalization of activities will provide the Applicant with funds for both ongoing service and development.

The project aimed to secure the continuity of business operations during the epidemic and introduce changes contributing to building the company's resilience.
The project was implemented under Priority Axis 13. Resilient and healthy economy of the future, Measure 13.1 Resilient SMEs. As part of the project activities, fixed assets and intangible assets were purchased to ensure business continuity by changing the company's mode of operation and expanding its activities with new services, including: a mobile summerhouse, heated massage table, massage chair, garden tractor, equipment to create sports and relaxation services for children and youth (games, structures, and accessories), laptops, software enabling online customer service, tablets, software enabling SPA management and service in the hotel. The above-mentioned purchase was essential to introduce changes in business operations during a period of increased health risk. As part of the project implementation, fixed assets and intangible assets were allocated to securing business continuity during the pandemic and introducing changes aimed at building the company’s resilience to future crises, including introducing new services to the company. Through the project implementation, the company will achieve a project result, which is an increased level of resilience of the regional enterprise to the economic effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. The project was part of Axis 13 and accomplished one of the two specific objectives: Resilient SMEs. The scope of the project mentioned above enabled the expansion of activities with new services:
