Terms of stay

• The hotel day at the Dwa Jeziora Resort lasts from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival until 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
• Subject to availability and in consultation with the reception, early check-in and/or paid extension of the hotel day and stay are possible. Early check-in (between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM) costs 50% of the daily rate (excluding meals), and from 11:00 AM costs 25% of the daily rate. Extending the stay until 2:00 PM costs 25% of the daily rate, while until 6:00 PM on the day of departure costs 50% of the daily rate for the given apartment/room.
• Reservation conditions: booking is confirmed by a 40% deposit payment for the entire stay (for short stays, no less than 200 PLN).
• Booking a stay means acceptance of the Dwa Jeziora Resort Regulations.
• In case of cancellation, the deposit - booking fee - is non-refundable.

• The property accepts pets for an additional fee only in selected rooms. Please arrange this when making your reservation.
• The pet owner is required to keep the animal on a leash within the property and to clean up any waste left by the pet.
• Please walk your pets outside the property grounds and clean up after them.
• Guests staying at the Resort with pets are required to familiarize themselves with the relevant point of the property rules and strictly comply with it.
• The owner is responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
• We reserve the right to ask guests who do not comply with the property's stay conditions to leave the guesthouse, without the possibility of refunding the deposit paid.

• The desire to use the garden sauna and garden pools must be reported one day in advance (filling the pool with water takes 3 hours, heating takes 7 hours) – an additional fee for wood may be charged.
• Please inquire at the reception about the availability of other services and their prices.
• Please familiarize yourself with the rules of our facility.

The administrator of your personal data is Willa Dwa Jeziora Art Events Krzysztof Gawrych, Kal 23J, 11-600 Węgorzewo. The Guest's personal data is processed based on the contract concluded between the Guest and the Villa for the provision of hotel services. The purpose of processing personal data is to provide hotel services or other similar services which, upon the Guest's request, are provided by the Villa Dwa Jeziora facility. Furthermore, the Guest’s personal data may be processed through video surveillance used in the facility. The purpose of using video surveillance is to protect the safety of the Guest and other persons present on the premises of the Facility or in its vicinity. In case the Guest provides personal data concerning preferences regarding the stay or services performed, Willa Dwa Jeziora may process this personal data to improve the quality of services provided by Willa Dwa Jeziora or to ensure the Guest’s comfort or to perform additional services for the Guest, including managing Guest satisfaction exclusively in connection with the continuous improvement of the hotel’s services. The legal basis for processing personal data for the purposes listed above is the legitimate interest of the Hotel (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Willa Dwa Jeziora informs that providing personal data necessary for the identification of the Guest is a contractual and legal requirement (when documenting sales made to the Guest with a VAT invoice). Failure to provide personal data makes it impossible to conclude a contract with Willa Dwa Jeziora and also makes it impossible to issue a VAT invoice.

Willa Dwa Jeziora informs that each Guest has the right to access their personal data, correct and update them, as well as the right to data portability, to object to processing, to restrict processing, and to have personal data deleted when there are legal grounds to do so. Willa Dwa Jeziora informs that the Guest’s personal data will be stored for the entire period of providing hotel services to the Guest, as well as during the limitation periods of possible claims, including tax and civil claims. Personal data processed through video surveillance will be stored for 3 months.

Willa Dwa Jeziora informs that Guest’s personal data may only be disclosed based on applicable law. Willa Dwa Jeziora informs about the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority, i.e. the Office for Personal Data Protection in Warsaw, ul. Stawki 2.
