§1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. This Privacy Policy applies to persons using this Website.

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter "GDPR"), we inform that:

  1. We process data for the following purposes:
    1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    2. handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    3. consideration of complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    4. storing documentation and fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
    5. sending newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
    6. monitoring and improving the quality of services provided – asking to fill out a survey or answer a few questions regarding the quality of services provided (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
  2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the services. In case of consent, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking the checkbox containing the terms of consent granted.
  3. If a person has given consent for data processing (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), data are processed until the consent is withdrawn; however, after this period, information about who, when, and what consent was given may be archived (for determining, pursuing, or defending legal claims). In other cases, data are processed for a period justified by the purpose (e.g., contract performance, answering questions, tax regulations, etc.). The processing period depends on the possibility to determine, pursue or defend claims or when data retention is required due to tax regulations.

  7. Visitors to the Website can fill out a form and subscribe to the newsletter and provide an email address and/or phone number as a basis for automatic contact.
  8. Visitors to the Website may consent to advertising campaigns conducted by Us on social networks targeted based on the email address.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use services of software companies and IT system maintenance providers with whom we have relevant agreements. These agreements include data processing rules and confidentiality. These data are not shared, and none of these companies has the right to process data other than as specified in the agreement. Your data, to the extent the company has access to them, may be processed solely for the proper provision of services.
