Our new summer menu features a regional Masurian insert. Head Chef Paulina Gulajska has proposed classics of Masurian cuisine that you absolutely must try when visiting our part of Poland. It's no coincidence that Masuria is called a natural wonder – we invite you to discover the flavors of this wonder!
The insert includes Masurian dishes inspired by old, local recipes. However, as befits Qchnia in an unconventional version and with surprising additions.
